Gianna Fernandez, M.A., BCBA, has received an amazing promotion from Clinical Director to Chief Operating Officer at Engage Behavioral Health. As Chief Operating Officer, Gianna’s central focus is to continue developing and implementing company processes as well as maintaining the integrity of each while preparing to expand operations towards other markets. This new role provides her the time to become increasingly engaged in local community organizations in order to develop Engage Behavioral Health’s services within many areas. Some of these facets include the public school system, local community businesses, as well as future plans to cultivate the formation of an assessment clinic.
Gianna completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis at the University of South Florida. Gianna has advanced experience working with individuals with autism and related disabilities, as well as specializing in the use of direct instruction and naturalistic teaching with children in homes, schools and within various community settings.
With Gianna’s newly appointed role as Chief Operating Officer, she is now able to continue to uphold as well as assist in the growth of the amazing work accomplished by the organization.
