About Larry Quick: Strategist, Author and Speaker
Larry is a strategist with significant global experience in both the corporate and civic sectors. He is the co-author of Disrupted: Strategy for Exponential Change and The Disruption Readiness Test, author of the Strategy in Action framework and the founder of Resilient Futures.
For over twenty years Larry has researched disruption and resilience while helping organizations get on the front-foot in leveraging disruption – in all its forms. In his view disruption promises significant strategic opportunity and must be approached as a tailwind and not a headwind.
Larry also draws upon a recent study by Resilient Futures titled – “Disruption 2016: What Business Leaders Think”. The survey provides rich data and compelling insight as to where organizations are at in their understanding and approach to disruption – both digital, and other.
He has designed, led, and facilitated countless strategic programs that draw upon his expertise in corporate strategy, innovation, economic development, technology strategy, sustainability and urban planning.

About Michelle Royal, Founder and CEO of RIDG
Michelle Royal is the CEO and founder of RIDG (Royal Innovation Design Group).
She is a self-made speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur, having been raised in the scaling of the Subway franchise empire. She has owned her own business for 15 years, and has helped her clients get six- to seven-figure returns on their growth, leveraging disruption through applied innovation principles.
She is an innovation expert with 20 years of experience, specializing in using visualization and facilitation to create breakthroughs in state of mind and behavior. She served as the first Innovation Coach for the European Union, is a Senior Fellow at the Alliance for Innovation and holds a Masters of Business Innovation (MBI) from the Deusto Business School in Bilbao, Spain.
