Established in 2017, the Principals and staff of Kimmich | Smith Architecture, LLC bring more than 4 decades of combined experience across many sectors including Multi-family, Hospitality/ Resort, Senior Living, Mixed-Use, Retail, Office, and Restaurant developments. Whether in High-rise, mid-, or low rise construction, they provide innovative design solutions to meet your complex design challenges. Justin Kimmich, Business Owner of Kimmich | Smith Architecture, LLC, has a passion for seeing the art of building meet the functional design for people collide in a solution that is Architecture. Mr. Kimmich graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and Texas A&M University where he completed his Master’s Thesis on Disaster Relief Housing utilizing shipping cargo containers ~ finding ways to meet the needs of people through architectural solutions. Throughout his career Mr. Kimmich has worked both internationally and in several states providing both design and technical building solutions to both small and large firms across a variety of building types. Seeing the need for an innovative and knowledgeable architecture firm who is easy to work with and a desire to create spaces that improve how people live gave rise to the vision of his firm.
