Last week, BDO USA, LLP (BDO), one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, opened its doors to clients, business and community leaders, and friends as they celebrated their new office space in downtown Tampa.
BDO entered the Tampa market in 2015 and has grown significantly over the last four years. Their new office, located on the 9th floor of 501 E. Kennedy Boulevard, features a larger layout that will support the firm’s continued growth and expanding footprint in the Tampa business community in the years to come.
Thiru Govender, Assurance Office Managing Partner and Jennifer Spooner, Tax Office Managing Partner addressed the crowd, thanking their local team of professionals for their hard work over the last four years, as well as citing their relationships with the clients and friends in attendance as a key factor to their success.
Thiru and Jennifer were joined by Mike Musick, BDO Southeast Region Assurance Managing Partner and Jennifer Hamway, Assurance Partner and Central Florida Healthcare Practice Leader, as well as City Councilmen Charlie Miranda, Joe Citro and Orlando Gudes, and the Tampa Chamber of Commerce to cut the ribbon and officially open the new office.
