BAKER BARRIOS Honored by NAIOP TAMPA BAY

On January 28, 2015, NAIOP Tampa Bay, presented Baker Barrios with the 2014 Best Adaptive Reuse Project for Aloft Downtown Tampa. NAIOP’s Best of the Best Awards are given annually to recognize outstanding contributions to the Commercial Real Estate industry in Tampa Bay. Categories included: Best Broker, Best Brokerage Firm, Best Deal of the Year, Best Architect, Best Contractor, Best Office Building, Best Landlord and more.

Baker Barrios received the 2014 Best Adaptive Reuse Project for its outstanding work with Aloft Downtown Tampa.
