On January 28, 2015, NAIOP Tampa Bay, presented Baker Barrios with the 2014 Best Adaptive Reuse Project for Aloft Downtown Tampa. NAIOP’s Best of the Best Awards are given annually to recognize outstanding contributions to the Commercial Real Estate industry in Tampa Bay.
