Grand Living, a company focused on building high-quality independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities, is currently in the process of building a facility in Citrus Hills, Florida. The idea behind this project is to create an independent living facility that would allow its residents to transition into assisted living as the residents age without the need to relocate. Baker Barrios is working side-by-side with contractor and developer, Ryan Companies, and Grand Living to turn this vision a reality!

Ryan Companies, a national developer, builder and design company out of Minneapolis, hired Baker Barrios Architects to execute the project due to their expertise in the Florida market. Ryan Companies maintains a close relationship with Grand Living, and together plan to build additional facilities over the coming year.

Grand Living at Citrus Hills will house 133 independent living units ranging from studios to large two bedroom units, as well as 34 memory care units. The 200,000 square foot four story facility consisting of multiple wings will offer a number of amenities to accommodate the residents. These luxurious amenities include dining areas (both formal and casual), a bistro, a theatre, grand lounge, chapel, a club room, a wellness center, salon, etc.

Grand Living offers luxury living, cultural amenities, and an engaging health and wellness center. The project’s expected completion date is the late Spring 2017.
