Alex shared his entrepreneurial journey, from growing up with a mindset shaped by scarcity to pursuing a career in finance and sales. After earning a degree in Finance with a minor in Management, Alex began his career in wealth management and purchased his first building during his first year in the industry.

After building and selling his own business, Alex eventually returned to real estate with a renewed perspective. That decision led to the creation of Draxord Group, which today represents approximately 4,000 units and more than $1 billion in assets.

Draxord Group focuses on acquiring and improving apartment communities, typically targeting properties with 100+ units while taking a long-term approach to creating value for investors and communities.
