Westminster Manor Grand Opening Event

Tampa residents will soon have an exciting new place to hang their hats with the newly-completed Westminster Manor hitting the market in January 2019. Everything has been meticulously thought-out and finely executed, starting with the large, boldly-constructed entryway and ornate, open-air landing with custom railing, crown, and base. The four-bedroom floor plan offers an experience at every turn. The expansive, oversized window in the living area, for instance, illuminates a double-thick quartz countertop on the kitchen island and connects the home visually to the private backyard, filling the interior with warm, natural light. Savich’s vision originated with his desire to make ultra-luxe, modern living more accessible. “What’s nice about a project this size is you can really put forth extra effort in the tiny details and accents to really set it apart aesthetically without compromising functionality,” he explained. On the exterior, black iron framing accenting the windows and roof gives the property the same elements of style and sleek, ultra-modern feel that’s reflected within.
