Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to #TeamElevate, Christina Belchere! Christina is originally from Hong Kong, but a US Citizen born in Philadelphia. She spent 18 years in different cities around Southeast Asia until 2008, where she attended college at Elon University in North Carolina to get her degree in Strategic Communications. After graduation she moved to New York City where she lived for the past six years, working in Fashion PR/Marketing with a heavy concentration in social media. She has been living in Tampa since September of 2017 and is warming up (literally) nicely to her new home. Her fiancé’s job is what brought her to Tampa, and she joined #TeamElevate a couple months later!

Working in the fashion world was far from glamorous, as you may have heard once or twice before. However, the experience was invaluable. Her last position was at Black Lapel, a made-to-measure clothing company with offices in both NYC and Shanghai. She led the highest sales YTD for the two years she worked there from 2015-2017 and assisted the editorial and marketing team. Working at Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) for Thomas Pink as their PR Coordinator from 2014-2015 is where she had the pleasure of working with and learning from editors and writers from top fashion and lifestyle publications. Luckily, NYC is only a short plane ride away.

Tampa may be the smallest city she’s ever lived in, but has shaped up to be a truly exciting experience with endless opportunity, and amazing weather, of course. Christina’s heart belongs to her 90lb English Pointer American Bulldog mix that she and her fiancé rescued from Tampa Humane Society. She lives for traveling, gardening, wildlife, being outdoors, riding her bike, going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, and of course, all things fashion. For a long time most of these hobbies were hard to pursue, until moving to Tampa!
