Located on Tampa’s vibrant Waterwalk, Native American inspired brewery and restaurant, Ulele hosts the University of Tampa’s annual Board of Counselors End of the Year Party.

With elegant yet modern seating downstairs, upstairs, and as well as the balcony, members enjoyed glamorous hor d’oeuvres while networking and socializing. It was exhilarating to be apart of the Board of Counselors networking event! Current Chair, Katie Krimitsos, delivered an encouraging speech that highlighted the Board’s recent accomplishment of 101 members! Daniel Gura, Vice President for Development and University Relations at the University of Tampa exclaims this being the first time he’s witnessed the Board of Counselors membership to reach such a high number in his 26 years of involvement at the University! Succeeding Chair Katie Krimitsos is Elevate Inc.’s very own founder and President, Aakash Patel. With a young, vibrant, and professional team bedside him, he is ready to take the University of Tampa’s Board of Counselors to a new height in the upcoming year!

Stay tuned for the Board’s signature events such as the Board of Counselors Kick-off Social; the Board of Trustees, Fellows and Counselors Holiday Party; and the Board of Counselors End-of-Year Celebration. These socials offer opportunities to network with other board members and with the University community. They are also ideal for prospective members to learn more about the mission of the Board of Counselors and to meet current members.
