With 40 years of banking experience under her belt, she is constantly looking to the future and anticipating all the great things that can be achieved through the power of good leadership.
In today’s turbulent times due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Rita believes stepping up is essential to keeping the future bright for our community. During the recent INDO US event that took place on May 13th, Rita spoke up about how to lead the way through these uncertain times.

Rita was proud to welcome her son Gary Lowman to the presentation in order to further elaborate on the concept of teamwork and leadership. When asked Gary what makes a good leader, Gary Lowman replied, “You must lead with Empathy.” The two stressed that an understanding approach to your team as a leader is essential to success and establishing a positive company culture.
