Brian Thornton founded Insurance Services Group of the Southeast (ISG) on August 6, 2007. The company provides premium audit services to insurance carriers and Managing General Agencies (MGA’s) that write variable exposure-based policies such as workers comp, commercial auto, and general liability. With the company’s growing business and expansion, there is always a need for dedicated individuals that are looking for a flow of challenging audit work.
Audits are necessary because policies are written based on estimates at policy inception and are performed after a policy has expired to determine the actual exposure. With information obtained from the audit, a carrier is then able to properly adjust the premium for a business’ policy. (ISG) Insurance Services Group of the Southeast, Inc. is continuously expanding its business by hiring more auditors to go out into the field and complete these premium audits.
Insurance Services Group of the Southeast, Inc. (ISG) is experiencing tremendous growth and seeks insurance premium auditors with prior experience in auditing Workers Compensation and General Liability policies. ISG looks for candidates that possess a minimum of 3 years of field premium audit experience, and requires a working knowledge of state, National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) and ISO guidelines. Additional skills wanted for all premium auditors include superior communication skills, excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and exceptional organizational skills. Also, ISG prefers candidates that maintain Visual Audit experience, yet this experience is not required.
Because the work is challenging, Insurance Services Group of the Southeast is one of the companies that offers among the highest pay rates within the industry. ISG rewards its premium auditors with flexibility and a positive work culture! ISG’s mission is to be the elite provider of premium audit, consulting, and expert witness services and strives to maintain this vision through its team of dedicated and qualified auditors!
