Danny McDonald has been promoted to SBA Loan Officer for Pilot Bank.  In his role, Danny helps businesses grow and succeed through the government guaranteed SBA lending program. Danny’s has a passion for working with small business in the community and working with entrepreneurs, startups, and various industries throughout the state of Florida. Danny received his MBA from the University of Tampa. Danny is a true fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and enjoys local restaurants throughout the community.

Javier Jorge has been promoted to Senior Vice President, SBA Director at Pilot Bank.  He is a finance professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Finance from University of South Florida. Javier is truly a subject matter expert and very experienced in lending and the SBA programs. He has been invited to speak and participate in seminars and panels nationwide particularly as of late, regarding the rollout and interpretation of the PPP program. He was recently recognized as Coleman Publishing’s Emerging SBA Lender of the Year (Under 40).
