Onicx Construction and Development announces a new Director of Strategic Partnership, Jack O’Leary.

A Boston native, Jack moved to Tampa, Florida in 2010 after attending Eckerd College and Umass Boston. He has over ten years of construction and real estate experience, most notably working at Marcus & Millichap since 2016. There, Jack worked in the retail sector as a shopping center broker, where he and his team facilitated the sale of investment properties worth over $88 million. At Onicx, Jack will be working closely with clients to develop valuable partnerships in the construction industry while working closely with the Onicx Development team to focus on Healthcare Real Estate Development throughout the Southeast.
