We are very excited to announce that Carrie Weymouth has joined Monticciolo Family & Sedation Dentistry as our new Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager. 

Carrie has been part of the dental field her entire life. With her father being a dentist, dentistry has always been in her DNA. Over the years, she has successfully led organizations to financial growth and operational stability through her deep expertise in revenue cycle management and financial strategy. 

Carrie is returning to us from her time here in 2019, when she helped guide our RCM department through the uncertainty of COVID. Her steady leadership and results-driven mindset left a lasting mark on our organization. 

Today, Carrie returns to us at a pivotal moment of growth and expansion. She will be working hand-in-hand with the RCM Department Supervisors, and together their combined expertise will strengthen our foundation and position us for the future. 

With Carrie’s specialized knowledge, we are confident that she will not only support our current success but also propel us into the next stage of growth, ensuring our systems, processes, and financial health align with our vision of excellence.
