Kyle Burns is a National Account Manager and because Office Furniture 911 offers turnkey solutions, his role is all encompassing. Many of Kyle’s tasks include marketing, sales, client meetings, and overseeing delivery and installation in order to ensure quality and assurance. His role is similar to one of a Project Manager where he handles all transactions from inception to completion, however there is a sales component added into the equation.
Kyle has several years of experience training, managing, and coaching team members while maintaining quality process adherence. In 2015 he gained his Hub Spot Inbound Certification, which is a marketing training course that covers the fundamentals of the inbound marketing methodology. Kyle also has expertise in customer relations, extensive negotiations, and communication skills.
As a Massachusetts native, Kyle moved to Tampa to attend The University of Tampa to pursue a major in Criminology with minors in Law and Justice. Upon graduating in 2007, he began working around Tampa Bay for major companies such as Coca-Cola and Frontier (f/k/a Verizon). While working for these companies, Kyle foresaw the large potential of the office furniture market. He had personally known Jason Walls, Owner of Office Furniture 911 and saw that it was a niche market with constant growth. With this being said, Kyle decided to join the team at Office Furniture 911.
Kyle maintains an active lifestyle and has a passion for fitness, which led him to pursue Personal Trainer certification. Additionally, in the past Kyle has played many sports – one of which was professional golf where he played nationwide from 2007-2009. This included playing in the New England PGA, Hooters, Moon Light, West Florida, and Adams Tours. Additionally, when attending The University of Tampa, Kyle was the Capitan of the Varsity Golf Team. Besides sports and fitness, he believes in giving back to the community. Kyle has completed volunteer work at amazing local organizations and non-profits such as Metropolitan Ministries and the Lowry Park Zoo.
