Asif’s role as CEO entails dealing with complex real estate as well as the daily challenges that go along with real estate investment. Like many other CEO’s his business goals revolve around finding ways to accelerate growth. Asif focuses his attention on decision-makers and ensures that Hakeem Investments is consistently using sound logic when making real estate investments.

Asif believes that retaining the numbers is one thing, but the most important factor of his business is actually sitting down with folks that are decision-makers and demonstrating effective management and problem solving strategies in order to get space leased. Asif believes that the most effective qualities to have lay within cooperation and adaptability.

Because of his diverse background he maintains the natural ability to relate to assorted groups of people. Also, another vital part in being a CEO is networking and being involved within the community. Asif takes pride in his networking abilities with the capacity to speak with others at the same frequency during one-on-one conversations.

Furthermore, being the CEO, Asif’s duty is to constantly find innovative strategies. Because of his background learning four different types of statistics, Asif has been able to creatively adapt to many different strategies. If there is something that needs to be done, Asif takes initiative to remedy the problem as quickly as possible in the most effective way.

Lastly, as CEO, Asif focuses on research in order to gauge the market he is most interested in. He then goes actively finds the properties while maintaining a steady pace without increasing too quickly. This has allowed Asif to become very familiar with the geographical atmosphere. While having has several managers that report to him, he is the ultimate decision-maker. Asif is always staying up-to-date with current events and finding new ways to uphold a competitive advantage by staying innovative and utilizing various problem-solving strategies.
