At the October 8th Centre Club Breakfast with an Executive, attendees heard from Pratik Roychoudhury, President & CEO of TeamLogicITAssist, the largest franchisee of TeamLogic IT. His presentation, “Leading with Culture in the Age of AI: A C-Level’s Guide to Company-Wide AI Adoption,” focused on how empathy, transparency, and data-driven leadership can guide organizations through effective and responsible artificial intelligence integration.
Roychoudhury, who has grown TeamLogicITAssist’s revenue from $5 million in 2020 to $22 million in 2024, shared his 5C Model for AI Adoption, emphasizing the importance of a structured, people-centered approach:
- Culture: Building psychological safety, curiosity, and empathy across teams.
- Champion: Encouraging visible leadership and accountability at the executive level.
- Compliance: Establishing responsible AI use, trust, and governance guardrails.
- Crowdsource: Gathering employee ideas and feedback to drive innovation.
- Co-Create: Launching pilot projects that demonstrate shared benefits and measurable value.
He outlined a 12-month roadmap for successful AI integration, starting with culture-building and awareness before scaling pilot projects across the organization. Throughout the presentation, Roychoudhury reinforced that AI should serve as a tool for human augmentation—enhancing creativity, efficiency, and collaboration across all departments.
Attendees also learned about real-world examples of AI applications, including automated recruiting systems, financial report writers, secure no-code workflow platforms, and tools designed to streamline communication and decision-making.
