Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Management and Operations team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics
- Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as requested
- Maintain and update sales and purchase orders current statuses in Dynamics, Excel and IQ
- Contact clients, sales team members, internal operations, or the engagement teams to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Process sales/purchase orders and submit invoices
- Communicate important feedback from vendors/distributors to Account Management and Sales Teams
- Maintain and manage budget for office supplies, products, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Identify challenges/roadblocks facing Account Managers/Executives/Sales Executives and implement creative solutions to remove those challenges/roadblocks
- There will be a need to travel (less than 5 miles) between our two locations when needed
- Assist Operations Manager in development and execution of Imperium Data Operations and Account Manager duties
- Other duties as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Steller organization skills, excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment
