Josh Paul serves as an Associate at Hyde Park Capital.

Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Josh takes pride in negotiating the best deal, both quantitatively and qualitatively, for his clients. Josh holds the Series 79 securities license for Investment Banking Registered Representatives. Prior to his current role at Hyde Park Capital, Josh served as an Associate for Cross Keys Capital, a middle market investment bank located in South Florida. At Cross Keys, Josh specialized in mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare services space.

Josh graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Josh loves sports, traveling, cooking, and watching movies and shows. He is an avid Boston sports watcher and is a huge fan of Tampa’s newest addition, Tom Brady.
