Michael Burwick, Esquire is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and attorney with more than twenty years of legal experience in corporate law, tax law and securities law. The trifecta of corporate, tax and securities law encompasses a number of principals that are applicable to the success of any enterprise, public or private. Looking at a business at any given stage of the company’s life cycle requires an examination of how the business was initiated, where it is currently and where it hopes to be in the future. There are significant legal implications that are predicated on the answers to these questions and Michael prides himself on his ability to see the forest for the trees in counseling business clients on corporate, taxation and securities matters.
