The team at Home Care Assistance is dedicated to the Tampa Bay community and strives to be a support and resource to the community beyond their services. With a goal to create a bond with and educate the community on the benefits of home care to older adults, Home Care Assistance is sponsoring the Sports Business & Leadership Association (SBLA) Dinner Reception & Fundraiser on Thursday, September 12th.
The SBLA is a non-profit, charitable organization with a mission to connect sports business professionals with children, providing resources to help them engage in unique sports experiences and attend sports camps. The SBLA Fundraiser gives attendees the opportunity to network, enjoy dinner and drinks as well as participate in a silent auction. In addition, special guest speaker, Tony Dungy will discuss leadership on and off the field as well as how to lead a purpose driven life.
Home Care Assistance believes that children are the key to change the way the world ages and are grateful for the opportunity to sponsor this great event. The benefits of exercising and the impact it makes are limitless, and sports provide a great way to give children a sense of purpose. Through sponsorship, Home Care Assistance is able to help underprivileged children have the opportunity to participate in sports experiences that impact their lives and make their dreams come true.
“Children are our future, and we need to give the tools and guidance they need to succeed in life. Pedro and I come from a very hardworking family, and now, it is our time to give back. As a mother of an almost two-year-old little girl, I want to leave her a legacy that she can be proud of, a better world, and educate her about our aging population. With love and hope, everything is possible”, says Home Care Assistance President, Edna Gonzalez.
