Hartin Dynamics CEO Dennis Hartin Presents at Breakfast with an Executive

Last week Team Elevate was fortunate enough to attend the Centre Club’s Breakfast with an Executive speaker series where Dennis Hartin, CEO of Hartin Dynamics spoke to a packed house on the continued rising costs for healthcare to employers. Hartin Dynamics is a full-service Employee Benefits consulting firm that established operations in the Tampa Bay area in early 2018. Hartin Dynamics focuses on the strategies necessary to help their clients attract and retain the best talent, offering much better benefits choices while containing costs. Dennis has recently been featured in Benefits Pro Magazine as well as a speaker at multiple national conferences. He is one of the few Health Rosetta Certified Advisors in the State of Florida offering a very unique approach to healthcare benefits and employee engagement.

Dennis also serves on multiple boards including Autism Shifts, the Florida Association of Health Underwriters, and the National Center for Performance Health. His current efforts align Hartin Dynamics with local organizations that assist in training the neuro-diverse for employment, addressing the growing mental health epidemic, and the increasing challenges employers face offering competitive benefits.

Dennis pointed out that health benefit cost shares are rising twice as fast as wages. With costs continuing to rise and the burden being placed on employers to provide competitive benefits to their employees, Dennis emphasized the importance of having a qualified expert in your corner when making benefit decisions. Hartin Dynamics’ commitment to transparency and complete reporting means employers can make informed decisions to provide competitive employee benefits to their staff while also mitigating costs where possible.

Dennis went on to emphasize the increase of stress to employees and the effects of high stress on employee productivity. To help combat this, Dennis and Hartin Dynamics partnered with the National Center for Performance to provide preventative mental health wellbeing assistance called Emotional Vaccines. These emotional vaccines are physician-developed video programs at your fingertips provide high-quality, effective wellness tools to ease stress and anxiety and promote self-care.
