Hakeem Investment’s Plethora of Properties

Hakeem Investments specializes in commercial and multi-use residential developments. The company owns commercial office plazas, multifamily apartments, and homes in which it leases and manages through family ownership. Currently, Hakeem Investments has two great office spaces available. One is Suite 100 located at 6800 N. Dale Mabry Highway with a total of 11,180 square feet. There is a huge open area, large storage spaces, optional rear entries, six offices, two conference rooms, as well as a men and women’s restroom. The other office space available is Suite 226 with a total of 12, 618 total square feet and is also located at 6800 N. Dale Mabry Highway. This space includes forty-seven offices, three large conference rooms, two kitchen/break rooms, men and women’s restrooms, and vast storage areas.

Hakeem Investments not only maintains office spaces, but also is currently offering apartments available at the Courtyard Suites & Apartments on North Florida Avenue. One apartment includes a one bedroom fully furnished apartment with an equipped kitchen and all utilities included (water & electric) available for $650 per month (Annual Term). The other apartment available includes a one bedroom with a dining room, kitchen, closet, & bathroom for $750 per month.

Just recently, Asif Hakeem, CEO of Hakeem Investment bought 200 acres of agricultural land in Plant City. Around this location, the University of South Florida is performing various types of horticultural research. With all of the properties Hakeem Investments offers, it is helping to promote development in the community by welcoming new businesses to the opportunity to thrive in various central areas within Tampa Bay.
