Focused on Development: The Power of Partnerships

Focus Property is thrilled to announce its latest partnership. The full-service commercial real estate brokerage has partnered with A.G. Development Group as its exclusive listing broker on projects throughout the state of Florida. A.G. Development Group is a real estate development company primarily focused on retail, office, medical, and multi family projects.

The two groups will work together on Class A, high visibility retail developments located in areas such as Redington Beach, New Port Richey, Parrish, and Titusville. These developments will generate a large, positive economic impact on the areas and service both residential and professional communities. Focus Property president, Brandy McAdams, shared, “We are excited about partnering with AG Development Group to bring high level developments to the markets we serve.” The positivity is mutual. A.G. Development Group’s senior vice president, Scott Dalziel, expressed, “There is a great deal of synergy between the two companies for us to assemble a good mix of businesses and deliver quality products and services to the local municipalities.” Together, these two organizations are a commercial real estate and development powerhouse.

Four projects in the works include Titus Landing (Titusville), Redington Village (Redington Beach), Rivergate Park (New Port Richey), and Ft. Hamer Crossing (Parrish). The Titusville project is a lifestyle center with stores like Hobby Lobby and Ulta Beauty and will also feature a movie theatre. The Redington Beach retail development, on Gulf Boulevard, will house a Dunkin’ Donuts, Hurricane Grill & Wings, and have additional restaurant and retail spaces. New Port Richey’s Rivergate Park is an Aldi anchored development, and will eventually include townhomes and an independent living facility. The 100,000+ square foot Ft. Hamer Crossing will serve the massive residential growth in the surrounding areas of Manatee County. Dalziel is confident that the partnership with Focus Property will be prosperous for the two organizations and the communities housing these projects: “Focus has an in-depth knowledge of the Florida market and a reputation in the business for delivering immense value to clients.”
