The National Affordable Housing Management Association has awarded its prestigious Community of Quality® designation to five communities managed by the Tampa Housing Authority: Cedar Point, Gardens at South Bay, Ella (ENCORE), and Reed (ENCORE). This national recognition reflects the agency’s commitment to excellence in property management, resident services, and community standards.

This achievement highlights the outstanding efforts of the property management teams and the leadership of the Asset Management Department, under the direction of Luis Blondin.
