Founder, Dr. Sarah Kareem, a Board Certified Family Physician has over 15 years of practicing medicine ranging from working in acute hospital medicine and primary care. Dr. Kareem has found her calling to combine aesthetics and integrative medicine under the same roof. While she has a great interest in alternative medicine, being a physician gives her the perspective of when the right treatment choice can be implemented which is why she is excited to combine two treatment methods in a safe and effective way.

At ZenlifeMD Health and Wellness you will be treated by a concierge doctor (Dr.Kareem)  where a long-lasting relationship will be formed while receiving primary care, preventative medicine, obesity medicine, women’s health care and more. Her experience as an acute care physician gives her a well-rounded view of the disease process. What sets them apart is the ability to access a physician to care for your needs in a well-rounded manner while having traditional as well as holistic medicine in one area. They have a holistic nutritionist on board for a specialized individual plans for weight loss as well as overall wellbeing.

There is a profound need and interest in integrative medicine, anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, which is why Botox (for medical as well as aesthetic purposes) , fillers, PRP (platelet rich plasma), IV nutrition, weight loss services and more will be offered to all patients.
