DONA MACOMBER JOINS SUNSHINE BANK AS BRANCH SALES MANAGER

PLANT CITY, FL – Andrew Samuel, president, chief executive officer, and director of Sunshine Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBCP) and Sunshine Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dona Macomber as branch sales manager for the Plant City and Zephyrhills offices. In this role, Macomber will be responsible for managing the daily operations of both branches and developing relationships with retail customers.

Macomber has over 25 years of retail banking experience and has exceeded multiple sales goals. Prior to joining the organization, she served as branch manager at larger financial institutions including Chase Bank and SunTrust Bank.
