Disability Employment Awareness Month: The Able Trust Invites Elevate Members for Exclusive Discounted Sponsorships

Every year, October is recognized nationwide as Disability Employment Awareness Month (DEAM). The Able Trust plans a full slate of events annually for DEAM, and the organization relies on sponsors to ensure those events are top quality. As a special bonus unique to Elevate clients and Breakfast With an Executive attendees, you will receive a 15% discount on all sponsorship pledges made by May 31.

While disability-inclusive employment is an important issue year-round, DEAM is a time to commemorate the contributions of persons with disabilities to the country’s, and in turn Florida’s, workforce and economy.

The Able Trust’s theme for DEAM is “A Cup of Ambition.” Inspired by the phrase in Dolly Parton’s song “9 to 5,” A Cup of Ambition highlights the belief that every individual should have the opportunity to work, and to experience that first cup of the day that fuels us.
