Cyber Florida is thrilled to announce new team member, Roland Miller III. Roland is a senior information technology executive with a remarkable track record in a global Fortune 150 environment. His expertise spans various domains, including business process optimization, innovation, metrics development, Operational Technology (OT), and regulatory compliance. Roland excels in organizational change management, digital transformation, design thinking and doing, and agile delivery. His transformational leadership skills shine as he coaches and develops associates while collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a visionary and analytical leader, Roland works closely with internal and external stakeholders to complete projects and redefine organizational expectations. Roland has a proven record of strategic planning, budgeting, and cost optimization. He is adept at workforce planning and transformation and has a keen eye for risk and compliance management. His ability to develop policies and standards is unparalleled, and he’s been tested at the highest levels, including working with the Board of Directors.

In his current role as a Regional Ambassador for Cyber Florida: The Florida Center for Cybersecurity, Roland drives participation in the Cybersecurity Risk Assessment for Florida. He conducts outreach efforts, consults with asset owners/operators, and contributes to risk assessments and incident response exercises.
