Elevate is very pleased to announce that Karthik Viswanathan, from Convene Incorporated has been selected as president elect of TiE Tampa Bay! Karthik has been an active member of the organization for 6 years and on the Board of Directors for one year.

TiE Global, which stands for The Indus Entrepreneures, was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley and started a chapter in the Tampa Bay area in 2012. Currently there at 61 different TiE chapters in many regions of the world. It is an organization of prosperous entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals. TiE Tampa Bay has 5 pillars that make up what they do to #Elevate our community, consisting of mentoring, educating, networking, incubation and investing. For 7 years the organization has been helping our community further entrepreneurship by creating learning platforms, guiding young students, startups, and entrepreneurs through authentic relationships and ultimately supporting and enabling the creation of new ventures.
