Dear Colleagues and Friends,
I’m pleased to share that the Arts Conservatory for Teens (ACT) is initiating a soft search for a newly created full-time leadership role: Senior Director of Philanthropy and Business Relations.
All candidates who align with ACT’s mission and the key characteristics outlined in the attached overview are encouraged to be considered. While ACT’s primary hub is in St. Petersburg, Florida, this search is not limited to local candidates. We welcome individuals from outside the region who are willing to relocate to the St. Petersburg / Tampa / Sarasota area and engage in regional and national travel as ACT continues to expand its footprint.
Before recommending or making an introduction, we kindly ask that prospective candidates fulfill the majority—if not all—of the mission-driven competencies and leadership attributes outlined. (see attachment)
If you know of—or are—an accomplished, relationship-centered leader with a strong background in philanthropy, business development, and strategic partnerships, I would be grateful for your referrals or introductions. Our intention is to identify and onboard the right candidate by early March 2026. Once potential candidates are identified, they will be routed through ACT’s formal hiring and proposal review process.
Thank you for your continued support and for sharing this opportunity within your network.
With gratitude,
Alex
