The Economic Club of Tampa Bay had the pleasure of welcoming Nancy Millan, Hillsborough County Tax Collector, as today’s featured speaker. Millan has redefined what public service can look like. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that government should not only serve efficiently but also connect compassionately with the people it represents.

Over the past year, her office has several initiatives designed to enhance convenience and improve the resident experience. These include:

• Online and Express Services available at hillstaxfl.gov for quick and easy transactions

• Self-service kiosks at select Publix stores and MacDill Air Force Base

• Smart Lockers

• The Mobile ID Go program, providing essential services to homebound residents
